Crystal, originally from Hong Kong is an experienced yoga and aerial yoga instructor having taught yoga in her own studio with over 1000 hours of senior teacher experience prior to moving to the UK. Her yoga knowledge includes Hatha, Mindfulness Yin, Children’s Yoga, Pre and Post Natal, Therapy, Aerial, Sound Bowl and Meditation
